Seasoned Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's standard EULA governs the licence to the iOS app. These terms govern Seasoned's online import, support and recipe-transfer services.
1. The service
Seasoned helps you organise, import, edit, plan and cook recipes. Imported information, nutrition, weights and timing may be incomplete or estimated. Review recipes before relying on them. Seasoned does not provide medical, allergy or dietary advice.
2. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Seasoned a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content only as needed to provide the feature you request, such as iCloud sync or an unlisted transfer link. You are responsible for having permission to import, copy and share content. Do not use Seasoned for bulk copying, scraping, bypassing access controls or redistributing protected photos, videos, captions or recipes without permission.
3. Third-party sources
TikTok, Instagram, websites and other sources are independent services with their own terms. Seasoned is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. A source link and attribution should remain attached to imported content. Availability of imports can change when a source changes its service.
4. Shared recipes
A Seasoned share link is unlisted, not private to a named recipient. Anyone who receives the link can import its content during the retention period. Do not place sensitive information in a recipe. You must not use sharing to infringe rights or distribute unlawful material.
5. Estimates
Imported and automatically calculated information can be wrong. You must review suggested ingredients, preparation steps, allergens, nutrition, portions, weights, temperatures and cooking times. Seasoned is not responsible for decisions made without reasonable review.
6. Purchases
In-app purchases are billed by Apple. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation and refunds are handled under Apple's rules and the information shown before purchase. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled in Apple ID subscription settings. Features already stored locally remain subject to the product behaviour described in the app.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, overload endpoints, upload malware, impersonate others, violate privacy, or use content in a way that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights. Seasoned may restrict an online feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or abuse prevention.
8. Availability and liability
The app and online services are provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Seasoned is not liable for indirect loss or for errors in user-supplied or automatically estimated recipe information.
9. Ending use and changes
You may stop using Seasoned and cancel subscriptions through Apple at any time. Material term changes will be published with a new effective date. Dutch law applies where permitted, without taking away mandatory protections or courts available to consumers in their country of residence.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden van Seasoned

Deze voorwaarden vullen Apples standaard-EULA aan. De standaard-EULA regelt de licentie op de iOS-app. Deze voorwaarden gelden voor de online import-, support- en receptoverdrachtsdiensten van Seasoned.
1. De dienst
Seasoned helpt je recepten ordenen, importeren, aanpassen, plannen en koken. Geïmporteerde informatie, voedingswaarden, gewichten en tijden kunnen onvolledig of geschat zijn. Controleer recepten voordat je erop vertrouwt. Seasoned geeft geen medisch, allergie- of dieetadvies.
2. Jouw inhoud en toestemming
Je blijft eigenaar van inhoud die je zelf maakt. Je geeft Seasoned een beperkte, niet-exclusieve toestemming om die inhoud alleen te verwerken voor de functie die je aanvraagt, zoals iCloud-synchronisatie of een niet-vermelde overdrachtslink. Je bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor toestemming om inhoud te importeren, kopiëren en delen. Gebruik Seasoned niet voor bulk kopiëren, scraping, het omzeilen van toegangsbeperkingen of het zonder toestemming verspreiden van beschermde foto's, video's, beschrijvingen of recepten.
3. Externe bronnen
TikTok, Instagram, websites en andere bronnen zijn onafhankelijke diensten met eigen voorwaarden. Seasoned is niet met hen verbonden en wordt niet door hen aanbevolen. Laat de bronlink en bronvermelding bij geïmporteerde inhoud staan. Imports kunnen veranderen als een bron zijn dienst aanpast.
4. Gedeelde recepten
Een Seasoned-link is niet vermeld, maar niet afgeschermd voor één ontvanger. Iedereen met de link kan de inhoud tijdens de bewaartermijn importeren. Zet geen gevoelige informatie in recepten. Delen mag niet worden gebruikt voor inbreuk of onrechtmatige inhoud.
5. Schattingen
Geïmporteerde en automatisch berekende informatie kan onjuist zijn. Controleer voorgestelde ingrediënten, stappen, allergenen, voedingswaarden, porties, gewichten, temperaturen en tijden. Seasoned is niet verantwoordelijk voor beslissingen zonder redelijke controle.
6. Aankopen
Apple brengt aankopen in rekening. Prijzen, verlenging, opzegging en terugbetalingen volgen Apples regels en de informatie die voor aankoop wordt getoond. Automatisch verlengende abonnementen lopen door totdat je ze in de Apple ID-abonnementsinstellingen opzegt.
7. Toegestaan gebruik
Je mag de dienst niet misbruiken, beveiliging verstoren, endpoints overbelasten, malware uploaden, je als een ander voordoen, privacy schenden of inbreuk maken op auteursrecht, merken of andere rechten. Seasoned mag een online functie redelijkerwijs beperken voor beveiliging, wettelijke naleving of het voorkomen van misbruik.
8. Beschikbaarheid en aansprakelijkheid
De app en online diensten worden met redelijke zorg aangeboden, zonder garantie op ononderbroken beschikbaarheid. Deze voorwaarden beperken geen rechten of aansprakelijkheid die wettelijk niet mogen worden beperkt, waaronder dwingende consumentenrechten. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat, is Seasoned niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of fouten in door gebruikers aangeleverde of automatisch geschatte receptinformatie.
9. Stoppen en wijzigingen
Je kunt Seasoned niet meer gebruiken en abonnementen via Apple op ieder moment opzeggen. Belangrijke wijzigingen worden met een nieuwe ingangsdatum gepubliceerd. Nederlands recht geldt waar toegestaan, zonder dwingende bescherming of bevoegde rechters in het woonland van consumenten weg te nemen.
